Our Warranty Policy:
We offer a one-year manufacturers defect warranty from the date of purchase. This will include any defects that arise in the first year including broken hinges, broken or lost decals, scratched lenses, discolouration or poor workmanship. We will try our best to warranty anything else, but negligence is not warrantied. Please note the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost under our warranty policy if the claim is sent 30 days after the delivery date.
Our Return Policy:
FREE RETURN 30 Day Glasses & Sunglasses No-Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your glasses, simply contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you with an exchange for a refund within 30 days of delivery. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original InstaGlasses receipt/invoice or gift receipt.
Please note that only 1 item per order may be returned under our non-satisfaction guarantee policy.
How do I return or exchange my glasses and/or sunglasses?
To make a return or exchange, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the delivery date via email for a complimentary electronic shipping label and instructions for mailing your product back to us.
Once you have printed the shipping label please place your returning items in the original package. Make sure the return label is clearly visible. We ask that you ship your glasses back to us as soon as possible to initiate your refund. The shipping cost of the return product will be refunded/dealt with by InstaGlasses 🙂
